Kim and Sandy describe the who as "Expert meets Reality." It’s their effort to help Moms, Dads, Kids, and the entire Community cope with the demands of everyday life with a positive yet realistic approach.

The expert could be a doctor, a therapist, a local politician or even a bartender. The show also makes it a point to highlight Ventura County's best entertainment, restaurants and physical fitness.
